DontSignNow is an AI-powered contract analysis tool. You upload a document, and our AI provides a plain-language breakdown including summaries, key obligations, red flags, and fairness assessments.
2. Not Legal Advice
The Service does not provide legal advice. All analysis is for informational and educational purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal counsel. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified attorney before signing any contract, especially for high-value or complex agreements.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analysis. AI can make mistakes. Always verify important findings with a legal professional.
3. Account Registration
- You may use one free analysis without creating an account
- To access additional features, you must create an account with a valid email address
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information during registration
4. Subscription and Payments
- Free tier: 1 contract analysis per month with limited features
- Premium tier: 10 contract analyses per month with full features at 8 EUR/month
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month
- You can cancel at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents you don't have the right to share
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Use automated tools to access the Service (scraping, bots)
- Share your account credentials with others
- Upload malicious files or content
6. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its design, code, and content, is our property
- Your uploaded documents remain your property
- We do not claim ownership of documents you upload
- We do not use your documents to train AI models
7. Document Processing
- Documents are sent to AI services (Anthropic) for analysis
- Documents are stored in encrypted storage during processing
- You can request deletion of your documents at any time
- We retain analysis results associated with your account
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on the analysis
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered.
